Corona-Trump 2

Happy Anniversary!  Chees, where did the time go?  It’s been a year already since the stupidest utterance of nonsense ever escaped a U.S. President’s vocal cords.  At ease now.  Some of you folks out there may argue a well substantiated case for Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson and that would be a well accountable statement, but hey, when we are dealing with both stupid and stupider, it’s way too close to call.  You may be pondering now as to whom is the more stupid one?  I am pleased to announce that, “It doesn’t matter” for a whole variety of reasons.  As Forrest Gump always says, “Stupid Is As Stupid Does” and Donald Trump and Ron Johnson are perfect paradigms for that.

I realize that 4 years of hell has produced over 30,000 false or misleading claims. I dispute that, that’s not near enough.  I would be more apt to believe that every time he moved his lips would have been a misstatement.  However, I will go along with the general consensus and vote for his boondoggle statement about testing some sort of powerful light inside the body and/or injecting a disinfectant to eliminate the virus.  Americans across the country and folks around the world from here to downgraded Pluto and back were incredulous, except of course, Trump Stump Bubba’s who spit between their tooth took it to heart.  Oh well, no disturbance in The Force there.  Too bad Dr. Fauci wasn’t there, he would have gone bat-shit crazy which would have put doubt in certain folks who actually had a shot or two of bleach, except of course Trump Stump Bubbas.  Now here’s the kicker.  Later on, he said he was being sarcastic.  Errrr!!!  Sorry, care to try again?  Remember, “Stupid Is....” etc.

Now here we are, a year later and we have this bubble brained cheesehead  that still hasn’t been lobotomized, or at least have his vocal cords cut.  Ron Johnson today came out with Corona-Trump 2, the sequel to Dumb and Dumber!  There is a difference though.  When Trump speaks, he doesn’t care about his 2nd grade education or what’s right or wrong and if anyone is listening, he just likes the sound of his own voice.  Johnson, on the other hand, is actually serious and can’t understand why folks don’t think the same way he does.  Could it be that he exhibits the intellect of an amoeba?  I got a kick out of a headline attributed to MSNBC’s Charlie Sykes calling Johnson’s vaccine skepticism, “A Vesuvius of Wrongness.”  Okay, that’s good, but it’s not great.  That’s where I would have come in with my statement.  I would have taken it to the next level and called it, “The Krakatoa of Crap.”  I’m shooting straight here as it took a lot for me to view his news conference.  I’m not sure how many articles of mine that he’s been in until I eventually wrote him off.  It’s clowns like him and Trump that are the reason we ain’t getting away from this shit.  We are stuck with this pandemic and it still isn’t going away.  Every time things are looking up and we’re about to turn the corner, some Bozo comes along with the moxie of a maggot and puts us in a tailspin.  Thank you Republicans, thank you for enlightening us with more of your Neanderthal Nonsense.  There ought to be a law!  Stay tuned…..!

Uncommon Failure

Okay, I’ll let you all be the judge and jury of the following statement that I came across that was buried in the dark corners of the internet where I usually find my strange and highly unusual articles of confoundation.  This is a Los Angeles Times letter to the editor ( https://www.latimes.com/opinion/story/2021-04-12/huntington-beach-ku-klux-klan ) about the “burb” of Huntington Beach.  Headline: “Common ground with the Ku Klux Klan?  Huntington Beach has a problem.”  The letter starts off with, “As Huntington Beach was preparing for a Ku Klux Klan rally and, in response, a Black Lives Matter counter protest, police department spokesman Lt.
