Double Standard

The double standard dipshit Republicans are at it again.  I am going through my entire life as just wanting to be me, a regular Joe Schmoe.  No distractive sleight of hand hocus-pocus.  I like things that are easy to figure out on account of the situation being black and white, not the color scheme, just the scheme.  For example, gravity is not a definite-possible-maybe, or an opinion, it’s a proven scientific fact.  Let’s say if I were to pick up a pallet of Republican Q-Quacks with a forklift and saunter over to a construction dumpster, tip the forks so the pallet slides off and barring being tethered, the only direction the pallet is going to go is down into the dumpster.  Gravity Rules!  It’s written in black and white.  The Republicans are nowhere near operating in a black and white fashion, again, not the color scheme, just the scheme, since they are into a muddied, murky substance of alternate realities and double standards. 

The reason I bring this up is just a small minor reference to death.  It’s okay with these certain Republicans if their head Q-Quack Marjorie Taylor Green doesn’t apologize for her, “death to Pelosi” rant and then turn around and go ballistic over Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s statement that thanks to Senator Ted Cruz, she almost became a fatality statistic during the Capitol Siege.  Once again, these repulsive Republicans have proven their ability to tread murky waters.  Here is a quote from a letter they had written: “It has come to our attention that Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez sent out a tweet in which she accused Senator Cruz, in essence, of attempted murder.  We believe this is completely unacceptable behavior for a member of Congress to make this kind of scurrilous charge against another member, in the House or Senate, for simply engaging in speech and debate regarding electors as they interpreted the Constitution.  We ask you to call on her to immediately apologize and retract her comments.”   Do you see what they are doing and why it’s wrong?  It’s wrong because it’s true.  It’s true as to what the Q-Quack stated and it’s true that thanks to Ted Cruz, more than 5 folks may have died that day.  The irony of all this, is that these sick perverts actually had a noose prepared to hang Vice-President Mike Pence.  Just another example of why the Trumpublican Regime of the Republican Party should all be lobotomized. 

In the meantime, the Democrats are doing the things they are supposed to be doing.  There are many tasks at hand that are taking up their time.  I am happy to say that the news of their activities are reported upon in regular low-key work ethic fashion.  The GOP should take the hint and get involved in matters other than National Enquirer type of gossip, innuendos and hearsay of star spangled exotic fashion.  They and they alone are the standard-bearers of fake news.  Today is Day One of the screening of “Impeachment ll” let’s see how they act.  Stay Tuned…..!

Uncommon Failure

Okay, I’ll let you all be the judge and jury of the following statement that I came across that was buried in the dark corners of the internet where I usually find my strange and highly unusual articles of confoundation.  This is a Los Angeles Times letter to the editor ( https://www.latimes.com/opinion/story/2021-04-12/huntington-beach-ku-klux-klan ) about the “burb” of Huntington Beach.  Headline: “Common ground with the Ku Klux Klan?  Huntington Beach has a problem.”  The letter starts off with, “As Huntington Beach was preparing for a Ku Klux Klan rally and, in response, a Black Lives Matter counter protest, police department spokesman Lt. Brian Smith said,” now here’s the kicker, “We hope that they can utilize events like this as a means to find the common ground and work together for the common goal.”  ???  I thought I would substitute the usual WTF that usually follows an incredulous statement like that with question marks.  I never pass up the ...

The New Cult
