Total Trump

The sum of all my fears have been added up at the end of these past 4 years.  Five people are now dead and hundreds will be prosecuted.  Another day that will live in infamy unfolded right before my eyes, just like the JFK assassination, the Twin Towers and now the Trump Terrorists.  Pearl Harbor was a tad before my time, but that was the event that coined that famous phrase that FDR first uttered. Of the 3 aforementioned events in my lifetime, only JFK’s murder came as a shock.  As shocking as 9/11 was, I believe it was only a matter of time.  Except for the ease of their mission, yesterday’s events came as no surprise, given the cult follower conspiracy theories of these Terrible Trumpets.  They will go the distance for their exalted leader and do all they can to keep him in place as dictator for life.  He even stated that he loves them.  Idn’t dat spatial?  I am most happy to announce that you fools have all been duped and you’re all going to jail along with your Great Potentate.  You can draw straws to see who gets to be his cellmate. 

In the end, Lady Liberty wasn’t taken hostage, the Constitution survived, Mitch McConnell gave the speech of his career, Ted Cruz did what Ted Cruz does and Joe Biden, after numerous attempts, was finally elected our 46th President.  From this day forward, the Electoral College will never be just a formality again.  

Today, the sun rose, the birds that don’t migrate are chirping, I only had to get up once during the night and certain folks in Washington D.C. are ballast leaving a sinking ship.  The smoke has cleared, but many questions and finger pointing have begun.  Most likely to be a top item of discussion will be security and where did it break down.  Terrorists around the world are certainly comparing notes.  Government investigators will spend many hours over the cause and effect of yesterday’s festivities.  I will cut to the chase and spend only a paragraph or two of insight.  The first and foremost point are all you dick-wads that voted for that sorry sack of shit!  I’m not interested in what you do, your favorite color, movie, celebrity, religion, music, sports team or how you cook your steak, preferably medium rare, but I do care how you voted, because you fucked up!  We had to live with this Frankenstained numnuts you people put in office for the past 4 years and your hero’s term ends in bloodshed?  No surprise there!  Next point: All those certain Republican Legislators who left what little brains they have behind when they left for D.C. are accountable.  Hope you enjoyed the fruits of your labor while hunkered down whilst your minions ravaged, pillaged and plundered your workspaces.  Boy oh boy, there is something to be said about the work from home program. Finally, to the entire Trump Family Turds, who have been a bane of our existence with all your drivel and will, most likely, do your best to continue to do so, pack your bags, grab your golf clubs and get the fuck out of our House.  Not sure where you can go, your neighbors in Florida don’t want you there and New York has lawsuits awaiting, as do most places in the free world.  You may just be the new Ugly Americans, Without A Country!  Stay tuned…..!

Uncommon Failure

Okay, I’ll let you all be the judge and jury of the following statement that I came across that was buried in the dark corners of the internet where I usually find my strange and highly unusual articles of confoundation.  This is a Los Angeles Times letter to the editor ( https://www.latimes.com/opinion/story/2021-04-12/huntington-beach-ku-klux-klan ) about the “burb” of Huntington Beach.  Headline: “Common ground with the Ku Klux Klan?  Huntington Beach has a problem.”  The letter starts off with, “As Huntington Beach was preparing for a Ku Klux Klan rally and, in response, a Black Lives Matter counter protest, police department spokesman Lt.
