The Garbage Collectors

Move over Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, Lauren Boebert and others too many to list here and make room in the Trump Dump for another Cultpublican braggart who is scheming for her 15 minutes of fame.  Unlike the aforementioned 3 Stooges who are just merely the run of the mill creepy contra-conservatives, this one here has all the qualifications of a deeply disturbed wing-nut.  Her name is of great ominous concern to me.  Why, you ask?  It’s not just Marjorie Greene, it has to be Marjorie Taylor Greene, another new kookie kid on the block from Georgia’s 14th District.  What I am having a problem with is her going with her full name and she seems to be headed in the same direction of those other wackos from the past who went with their full names, you know, the ones whose names lack content without their middle name, such as: Jack Ripper, Attila Hun, John Booth, Lee Oswald, Osama Laden, Cruella Vil, etc.  Get my drift?  The Republican Party is a huge magnet that seems to attract and enlist all these Quixotic Q-Balls.  Is it ever going to end?  Well, in a word, no.  They can’t help themselves. They have turned into a Distraction, disciples of their leader Donald John Trump and he’s taught them well.  

We are still dealing with the pandemic of the 21st century and I know it will be quite some time before most of us get near the vicinity of a vaccine, so we still need to rely on our own immunities.  Millions of folks are out of work scrambling to make ends meet and food lines are longer than the main street of the small town I grew up in.  We have serious situations going on across the board that Congress needs to take care of whilst some Legislators have to watch their own backs.  I’m all on board with “Way To Go Joe”, but his unity speech has fallen on millions of deaf ears.  The roadblocks and brick walls are too high, too vast and too solid to scale.  To top it off, we have that new full name House Member to enhance things.  Dare I say that she’s worse than Trump?  Right now she is.  She’s out there spouting off verbiage he wishes he could say.  She must do him proud, 2 circus clowns that are so totally self absorbed into themselves.  Strange that she still admires him after all the degradation he discharged at Georgia when they refused to turn over those 11,780 votes.  He actually made fun of Georgia residents who had moved away and moved back later.  “What kind of people do that anyway,” he asked.  Ahhh lots?  They even do that in other States and Countries.  I like Georgia, I spent a few winters there in the Chitlin” Switch area whilst escaping from that uncompromising Northern Minnesota weather, but not now, not in the same State as that ditsy blonde bimbo Trumpublican Q-Ball.   

So where do we stand?   At its best, shaky ground.  The Republicans excel at sleight of hand politics.  Those gutless cowards have the opportunity to Make America Smart Again, but they won’t.  They won’t cut the cord by convicting their former boss and rid the country of the worst scourge in Presidential History and will certainly continue to fan the flames of Trumpism by distracting Congress and keep recruiting these Q-Quacks like The Garbage Collectors they are.  Stay tuned…..!

Uncommon Failure

Okay, I’ll let you all be the judge and jury of the following statement that I came across that was buried in the dark corners of the internet where I usually find my strange and highly unusual articles of confoundation.  This is a Los Angeles Times letter to the editor ( https://www.latimes.com/opinion/story/2021-04-12/huntington-beach-ku-klux-klan ) about the “burb” of Huntington Beach.  Headline: “Common ground with the Ku Klux Klan?  Huntington Beach has a problem.”  The letter starts off with, “As Huntington Beach was preparing for a Ku Klux Klan rally and, in response, a Black Lives Matter counter protest, police department spokesman Lt. The New Cult
